United Internet to propose candidates for Tele Columbus supervisory board after poor financial performance

Friday 31 May 2019 | 17:09 CET | News
German operator United Internet, the largest shareholders in Tele Columbus with 29.9 percent of its shares, said that it considers "urgently necessary" a change in the supervisory board at the cable operator due in particular to the poor performances of the share price and EBITDA. The company will propose its own candidates for the supervisory board of Tele Columbus at the next annual general meeting on 21 June.
