UPC Cablecom, Finecom reject Telecub allegations

Swiss cable network operator UPC Cablecom and Swiss cable network services provider Finecom have responded to allegations by Teleclub that they are abusing their dominant market position. Finecom said the claims were baseless and false, insisting that it directs the TeleclubStar signal at its own expense without payment to the Quickline cable networks without demanding inflated prices, as claimed by Teleclub. UPC Cablecom said that it was amazed by Teleclub's announcement, insisting that the allegations were false. It claims that Teleclub and parent Swisscom have to date refused to discuss
