UPC makes changes in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland

UPC Czech Republic is to merge with UPC Broadband Slovakia on 01 April. The interim CEO of the merged companies will be Martin Miller, who has been General Director of UPC Broadband Slovakia for many years. The current General Director of UPC Czech Republic, Frans-Willem de Kloet, shall be appointed General Director of UPC Poland.
