UPC Slovakia customer base contracts in Q1

UPC Slovakia reported 502,800 homes passed at the end of the first quarter, up by 1,600 from three months earlier. It reached 480,000 two-way homes passed, an increase of 1,700. The cable operator had a total 284,000 customers at the end of March, down by 3,600 from three months earlier, and 429,000 RGUs, a drop of 2,200. The operator reported a total 254,900 video customers, down by 4,300 from December, of which 600 MMDS subscribers (unchanged), 65,800 DTH customers (-700), 133,900 digital cable (+900) and 54,600 analogue cable (-4,500). As of 31 March, the base also included 110,700
