UPC Switzerland declares support for network neutrality

UPC Switzerland, together with other operators, has acceded to the Code of Conduct to ensure net neutrality, the operator announced on Twitter. UPC has undertaken to supply content on its network, irrespective of the provider, free of any speed throttling or blocking.
