US Cellular partners Rivada on first responder network in New Hampshire

US Cellular agreed to assist Rivada Networks in the development of the network for first responders in New Hampshire should the state governor choose to opt-out of FirstNet's deployment plan for New Hampshire. Rivada signed a no-cost, no-obligation contract with the state in September 2016 to develop an alternative radio access network plan for the state. Rivada said it delivered a draft of that plan in March, ahead of schedule.
