US consumers overpaying for unlimited data - study

Nine in ten US mobile consumers are overpaying for their unlimited data plans, according to a study conducted by Reach Mobile. The survey of 400 consumers on unlimited plans conducted in October and November found that 1 in 3 respondents used less than 5 GB per month, while 85 percent used less than 10 GB even though over 90 percent paid more than USD 60 a month for the plans.
