US court says Apple cannot block developer tools for Epic Games

A US court has given a mixed ruling for Epic Games, saying that while Apple cannot restrict use of Epic Games' Unreal Engine by developers on Apple platforms, it does not have to restore the Fortnite app to its store. The temporary restraining order is effective immediately and will remain in effect until further court action.
