US TV households with pay-TV service still on the decline - Leichtman

The percentage of TV households with a pay-TV service has continued to decline, according to the latest study from Leichtman Research Group, fielded in September-October. A total of 71 percent had a pay-TV service in the period, from 82 percent in 2016, 87 percent in 2011 and 86 percent in 2006.
