Use of C-band key to meeting city centre data demand - GSMA

The use of additional C-band spectrum is vital to meeting future data demand, according to a new report from the GSMA. Focusing on the impact of mobile operations in the C-band in London and Shenzhen, the report estimates that the additional spectrum will generate around USD 440 million of further economic benefit in the two cities whilst protecting the continued operation of incumbent services.
