V-Tell starts MVNO services in Russia

International MVNO V-Tell, which provides services in 43 states, has begun trading in Russia, reports Tdaily.ru. V-Tell offers a Multi Numbers service, enabling customers to attach several telephone numbers valid in different countries to one account. Monthly service prices vary from RUB 9,000 to RUB 56,000.
