VDE members see US, Asia as IoT leaders - survey

Three quarters (72%) of members of the VDE, German Association for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies, believe that the 'Internet of Things' (IoT) will be a reality within 10 years. Half (52%) of respondents believe that the US is the IoT market leader, followed by Asia (29%), with only 6 percent seeing Europe as an IoT leader.
