Vectone offers free SIMs to refugees in Austria

Budget MVNO Vectone Mobile has launched an initiative to provide refugees in Austria with free SIM cards. It is working with not-for-profit organisation Caritas to give out 5,000 SIM cards offering free minutes, texts and mobile data allowances in refugee centres nationwide.
