Veon announces offering of USD 300 mln worth of notes

Veon has announced an offering of up to USD 300 million worth of senior unsecured notes, to be consolidated and form a single series with the USD 700 million 4 percent senior notes due 2025 issued by the company in October 2019. The proceeds will be used to refinance and deal with upcoming debt and for general corporate purposes.
