Veon increased its outlook for full-year EBITDA growth, after a strong set of Q3 results led by improvement in its Russian business and an expanding 4G footprint. Quarterly revenues rose 11.2 percent in local currency, with organic growth in all markets, and adjusted EBITDA was up 9.1 percent in local rates. For the full year, Veon still expects high single-digital revenue growth in local currency and adjusted EBITDA up at least 8 percent.
