Verifone deploys contactless payments at Amsterdam Arena

Verifone is implementing a contactless payment system at the Amsterdam Arena. The system from Verifone, based on the VX 820 POS terminal, was tested with CCV Holland, which developed the local payment application and handled installation. The new system will now be a permanent feature of the arena, with around 290 of the POS installed. Visitors can pay with contactless cards for amounts of less than EUR 25.
