Verizon Communications lifts quarterly dividend to 64 cents

Verizon Communications has again increased its quarterly dividend by 1.25 cents on a sequential basis to 64 cents per share. The company said it made USD 5.2 billion worth of cash dividend payments in the first half, with 4.1 billion shares outstanding.
