Verizon discontinues Home Monitoring and Control product

Verizon has stopped accepting orders for its Home Monitoring and Control product, and will only allow FiOS customers who already subscribe to the service to continue using it, a spokesman said on 10 February. Verizon's Home Monitoring and Control product allows FiOS subscribers to control security cameras, lighting, door locks and thermostats with their FiOS TV remotes, and through a mobile app and website. Yes we have been very unhappy with this service has not worked correct from the time we signed up. We would like a complete refund on the equipment or credit on the cameras the service was not what we wanted we spoke to a technical support for 2 hrs and the problem was not resolved.we would like a response from you so a possible thank you virginia mottola
