Verizon Media to continue under Yahoo name after Apollo takeover

Apollo Global Management announced it has completed the acquisition of Verizon Media. The activities will continue under the name Yahoo, operating as a standalone company under Apollo Funds. Verizon has retained a 10 percent stake in Yahoo.
