Verizon puts focus on drones, robotics with new business unit

Verizon has created a new business unit focused on aerial drones and ground robotics. The new Robotics Business Technology will include Skyward, Verizon's drone management company, the recently acquired incubed IT, specialized in software for autonomous mobile robots, and a team focused on automating command and control of robots on Verizon's 5G Ultra Wideband network.
