Verizon signs mobile streaming deal with NBA

Verizon has signed an exclusive content and marketing agreement with the National Basketball Association (NBA) covering daily league highlights, access to some live games and new original series to Verizon's Go90 mobile video streaming service, reports the New York Times. The deal set to be announced on 4 November makes Verizon the official wireless provider of the NBA. The operator will be the title partner of the NBA All-Star Slam Dunk competition and a partner of the NBA Draft. The agreement's terms were not disclosed.
