Viber brings in name search, friend suggestions, birthday notifications, California privacy law page

Rakuten mobile messaging app Viber said it is making changes to its privacy policy and terms. It will soon make names searchable but is offering an opt-out. It said the name search function will keep phone numbers hidden. Viber is also letting users opt out of a friend suggestion function.
