Vincent Bollore remains on Vivendi's supervisory board, joined by son Cyrille

Tuesday 16 April 2019 | 12:50 CET | News
Vivendi said that shareholders have approved the appointment of Cyrille Bollore as a member of the supervisory board for a four-year term at the company's AGM on 15 April. His father Vincent Bollore was expected to retreat from the front line of the business, based on the indications conveyed by Vivendi in February. Instead, he will remain on the 11-member board with a new advisory role (censor and special advisor to the chairman of the management board), in a move that signals his continued involvement in the running of the business.
