VINEX, SKO extend research contract for measuring TV reach

The association of internet operators (VINEX) and Dutch ratings group SKO have extended the contract for NOBO, a study looking at Dutch online reach. The work will be carried out by Kantar Media/TNS and will, according to VINEX and SKO, measure and report the online range of the MediaPanel in 2018, among 5,000 respondents.
