Vipnet eyes Croatian fixed-line operator H1 - report

Thursday 20 June 2013 | 16:55 CET | News
Croatian mobile operator Vipnet, a Telekom Austria Group company, is looking to acquire fixed-network operator H1 Telekom, writes the APA citing a report in Croatian newspaper 'Poslovni dnevnik'. The Croatian paper cited several unnamed industry sources saying that state-owned Croatian Postbank (HPB), which holds a 41.25 percent stake in H1, is looking for a strategic partner. Vipnet declined to comment on the report.
