Virgin Media announced an agreement with the Scottish Property Federation (SPF) to bring its network to new-build homes and businesses across Scotland. This will enable members of the federation to bring the Virgin Media broadband and TV services to their new properties. It follows a similar partnership between Virgin Media and the Home Builders Federation.

Virgin Media said it will also offer exclusive discounts for new build homeowners moving into properties under the scheme. The company is already expanding its cable and FTTP network to existing properties in Scotland.
