Virgin Mobile, Teledifusora obtain Argentine MVNO licence

Virgin Mobile and regional internet and pay-TV provider Teledifusora have been granted final licences to operate as MVNOs in Argentina, reports tech website iProfesional, citing a decree published in the country's Official Gazette. The companies join Argentine cable TV operator Telecentro, which already has an MVNO licence. However, the report adds that Argentina's telecomunications regulator Enacom is currently at odds with network providers Movistar, Claro and Personal, which have failed to present a reference MVNO offer to the watchdog's liking, preventing Virgin, Teledifusora and
