Virgin Mobile to launch in Brazil by mid-2013

Virgin Mobile intends to start its operations in Brazil by the middle of next year, according to the senior vice president for Latin America, Jeffrey Buckwalter. Speaking at the 2012 MVNO Summit Latin America in Sao Paulo, he said that the Brazilian operator that will provide the network has not yet been selected, but Virgin is negotiating with all the mobile operators in the country.
