Visma to acquire Roxit Group from Main Capital

Norway-based Visma Group announced an agreement with Main Capital to acquire Roxit Group, a provider of cloud software for eGovernment segments in the Netherlands. This is the latest in a string of acquisitions to expand Visma's presence on the Dutch market in the past year, including Visma Connect, Raet, Proactive, Idella and Pink Web. The takeover of Roxit takes Visma to around EUR 285 million in revenue and over 2,000 employees in the market.
