Vivacom, Bulgarian Medical Union offer joint platform for thermal cameras for needs of medical institutions

Vivacom and the Bulgarian Medical Union launched a joint initiative for the supply of thermal cameras for the needs of hospitals. These devices will help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and will make possible medical facilities and contribute to the safety of staff and patients. Vivacom provides a wide range of devices with different functionalities for non-contact temperature measurement. Each hospital can choose the necessary equipment according to its needs. 

The Bulgarian Medical Association recommends that healthcare institutions take all necessary measures to combat the spread of COVID-19, including the use of technological means. 

Among the offered devices are several types of modern and convenient thermal cameras with or without a metal detector, combined thermographic IP cameras, portable thermal cameras and high quality contactless remote thermometers. The thermal camera with a metal detector has a built-in high temperature alarm. It's additionally equipped with a voice command for the patient to pass. 

Contactless remote thermometers are also available to hospitals. They are characterised by exceptional accuracy, featuring a discrepancy is ± 0.3 ℃. They have an HD screen for fast temperature reading.
