Vivendi buys two-thirds of Radionomy

Vivendi has acquired 64.4 percent of digital radio group Radionomy from founder Alexandre Saboundjian. The company operates an internet platform that allows digital radios to broadcast and monetise their programmes on a global scale. The platform also offers FM radio stations tools to develop their digital presence and owns the ShoutCast streaming technology and the Winamp audio player.
