Vivendi sells remaining Telefonica shares for EUR 373 million

Vivendi has sold off its remaining 0.95 percent stake in Telefonica for a total of EUR 373 million, confirmed the French media giant in its quarterly results statement. The shares were sold in November and December 2018, in accordance with commitments made to the Brazilian Competition Authority (Cade) in connection with the sale of GVT in 2015.
