Vivendi sets deadline for Maroc Telecom bids - report

Companies have until 22 April to submit preliminary bids for Vivendi's 53 percent of Maroc Telecom. Expected bidders include Korea Telecom, Qatar Telecom, Saudi Telecom and the UAE's Etisalat. The deadline should allow Vivendi chairman Jean-Rene Fourtou to tell shareholders at the group's AGM on 30 April that the process is progressing, Les Echos reports.
