Vivendi to propose five supervisory board members at AGM

French telecom and entertainment group Vivendi will propose five supervisory board members and its AGM on 30 April. The first is Vincent Bollore, chairman and CEO of Bollore group, who was already co-opted as a member on 13 December 2012. The four new members are Nathalie Bricault, who will represent the group's employee shareholders; Pascal Cagni, currently a non-voting director and former general manager and vice president of Apple EMEA; Yseulys Costes, founder, chairman and CEO of interactive marketing company 1000mercis; and Alexandre de Juniac, chairman and CEO of Air France.
