VKI files complaint against Paybox

Austrian consumer protection group VKI has filed a complaint against Austrian mobile payments provider Paybox for a hidden clause in its terms and conditions. The changes to contract terms and prices announced by Paybox based on this clause are ineffective, as well as the disconnections conducted by the company.
