VKI wins court ruling against T-mobile Austria e-billing

Austrian consumer group VKI has won a court action against T-Mobile Austria over its practice of automatically moving customers to online billing and forcing customers to actively reject this and request a paper bill. At start-2013, T-Mobile told around 172,000 T-Mobile and tele.ring customers that they would no longer be sent paper bills.
