VKI wins ruling against T-Mobile unlimited surfing claims

Austrian consumer group VKI has won a court ruling against T-Mobile Austria's unlimited mobile internet claims. The VKI took action because the operator was offering unlimited mobile internet and then throttling bandwidth to 64 kbps once a customer used 3 GB data in a month. The Vienna Commercial Court ruled that the advertising was misleading.
