Vlocity helps transform Telecom Argentina into first regional quad-play operator

Wednesday 15 April 2020 | 15:54 CET | News
Cloud software provider Vlocity said Telecom Argentina selected its omnichannel, cloud-based platform as part of a digital transformation process that saw it become the region's first quadruple play operator. Telecom Argentina started working with Vlocity and partners Bluewolf, Salesforce and Nokia following the close of its merger with Cablevision. The resulting transformation simplified the operator's systems and processes while upgrading the customer experience for nearly 30 million subscribers, said Vlocity.
