Vocento may appeal against Spanish DTT award

Spanish media group Vocento is considering the possibility of lodging an appeal against the Spanish industry ministry's widely-reported decision to grant six new DTT licences to Atresmedia, Mediaset, Real Madrid TV, Grupo Secuoya, 13TV and radio group Radio Blanca (Kiss FM). Vocento, along with rival media group Prisa and supermarket giant El Corte Ingles all missed out on licences, with critics suggesting the successful bidders were selected for political reasons.
