Vocus, Amcom founders acquire Swoop in AUD 61 mln reverse takeover deal

Swoop Telecommunications and NodeOne have been acquired by Stemify in a reverse takeover deal worth AUD 61.3 million. The fixed wireless and wholesale network infrastructure operator is backed by investment company Tattarang, Vocus founder James Spenceley and Amcom founder Tony Grist, ARN reports. The combined national operator plans to list in late April under Swoop Holdings.
