Vodacom Group CTO resigns, reportedly moving to CIVH

Vodacom Group chief technology officer (CTO) Andries Delport has resigned and is set to join Community Investment Ventures Holdings (CIVH) in a similar position to help oversee Remgro's telecommunication assets, MyBroadband reported. Vodacom said Delport has resigned as group CTO to pursue external interests with effect from May 2020. Delport will also relinquish his role as director of Vodacom Tanzania and director of VMSA (Mozambique).
