Vodacom South Africa welcomes judgement on Telkom duct access

Vodacom South Africa has described as "groundbreaking" the Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA) ruling that it is allowed to use certain Telkom ducts and sleeves to roll out its fibre network, MyBroadband reported. The court ruled on 02 April in the case over the use of Telkom's ducts in Dennegeur, a residential estate in Somerset West.
