Vodafone adds Network Check to self-service site

Vodafone Netherlands introduced the Network Check, an online module to help customers with network problems. In a few steps, they can diagnose common problems causing a poor signal, such as handset settings, Sim or temporary network issues or maintenance. Vodafone said 90 percent of questions about network coverage are related to the phone or Sim card. With the new tool, customers can handle these issues on their own, or request a call back from customer service over the My Vodafone app. Around 96 percent of the operator's customer service contacts were over the My Vodafone site or
