Vodafone Australia to launch fixed broadband service in 2017

Vodafone Australia will launch fixed broadband services for residential and enterprise customers before the end of 2017, to complement its mobile network. Vodafone will deliver its fixed broadband service via the National Broadband Network (NBN). Vodafone reports that its 4G network currently covers more than 22 million Australians and is used by 5.5 million customers. Nearly 4 million Australian homes are expected to be NBN-ready by the end of 2017.
