Vodafone Australia to refund users for unauthorised billing charges

Australia's Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has announced that Vodafone Australia has admitted to making false or misleading representations about its third-party Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) service. The operator will contact and refund impacted consumers, following an ACCC investigation.
