Vodafone denounces Telefonica-Yoigo network sharing deal

The network sharing agreement recently signed by Telefonica with TeliaSonera's Spanish subsidiary Yoigo involves the highest level of coordination between two operators registered in Spain, Expansion repots, citing Francisco Roman, president of Vodafone Spain. Roman also believes the deal represents an abuse of dominant position, and discriminates third-party operators on the local market. The statement was made at the XXVII UIMP telecommunications meeting in Santander.
