Vodafone Germany adds new customer service channels

Vodafone is demonstrating at the Ifa trade show in Berlin new customer services. These include the 'Vodafone Service Friends', where customers will get personal service in their homes to configure their networks and hardware. Customers can request the support from independent experts on the new mila.com/vodafone site, set up with Swiss start-up Mila. Certified by Vodafone and rated according to quality, the Friends experts were launched first in Berlin and already count 60 technicians. It will be launched in further cities in the near future. Vodafone is also providing more advice in shops,
