Vodafone Germany meets conditions to buy outstanding shares in Kabel Deutschland

Vodafone Germany said that the conditions to buy the outstanding shares in Kabel Deutschland (KDG) have been fulfilled. The German Ministry for Economic Affairs has issued a clearance certificate for the acquisition of the KDG shares. Vodafone will credit the capital for the tender offer on 19 February to the account of the respective custodian bank at Clearstream Banking, and simultaneously will receive the tendered shares.
