Vodafone Germany partners with Duesseldorf to accelerate gigabit expansion

Vodafone Germany said it has signed a partnership agreement with the city of Duesseldorf to accelerate the expansion of gigabit networks for mobile and landline networks. The partners aim to make finding new 5G locations easier, and the approval procedures to build mobile sites faster. They plan to expand the fibre-optic network to areas that have not yet been connected to the gigabit network.
