Vodafone Germany to construct over 40 mobile stations to support coverage at festivals

Vodafone Germany said it is providing mobile communications support to over 50 open-air events in Germany this summer by constructing up to 40 permanent mobile base stations and a number of additional temporary stations. Among the events where Vodafone is building these 20 meter high base stations are the Rheinkirmes festival in Dusseldorf, the CHIO riding fair in Aachen, the Deichbrand Festival am Meer in Cuxhaven, Parookaville and the Cranger Kirmes from 02 to 13 August.
